Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026 · Service: CSVians (https://csvians.com) · Operator: Nasar Patwary, People’s Republic of Bangladesh · Contact: pedrodom016000@gmail.com
1. Scope
How CSVians handles information when you use https://csvians.com.
2. Information we process
- Account: email, name and sign-in identifiers from Google sign-in.
- AI requests: prompts, column names, up to the first 10 sample rows (editable before sending), generated code, related error logs; for Learn Pair, a summary of differences between your two example files.
- Saved projects and templates: chat history, submitted AI sample values in the rulebook, generated analysis, tool code and rulebook/receipt metadata. Separate file samples (up to 100 data rows) are saved only with Save sample opt-in, off by default. Publishing a sample requires a separate sharing choice. Published tools and explicitly shared samples are visible to other users.
- Billing: plan, token balance and usage. Payments are processed by Paddle; we do not receive your full card details.
- Ads and usage: ad-view events used to grant rewards and prevent abuse, error logs, security signals and basic device data.
Full working files are designed not to be uploaded for ordinary transform generation; full-file audits and exports run on your device.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use essential storage to keep you signed in and remember your workspace. We display Google AdSense ads on some pages. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com and learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required, we ask for consent before non-essential cookies are used.
4. AI providers
AI features use third-party model providers (for example DeepSeek, Google and others we select through our AI gateway), which may change. We do not use your content to train our own models and opt out of provider training where provider terms allow.
5. Why we process data
To provide the Service, generate transforms and analysis, save what you ask us to save, bill and prevent abuse, fix errors, and meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing
With hosting, database, authentication, AI, payment (Paddle) and advertising (Google) providers only as needed; with authorities when required by law; with a successor operator if the Service is transferred. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and project data while your account is active and delete or minimise it when no longer needed, unless law requires longer (for example billing records). You can delete projects and templates in the app, and request full account deletion by email.
8. Security and international transfer
We use reasonable safeguards, but no method is perfect. Data may be processed in Bangladesh and in the countries where our providers operate.
9. Your rights
To access, correct, export or delete your data, email pedrodom016000@gmail.com. We may verify your identity. Mandatory rights under the law of your country (e.g. GDPR or CCPA) remain available where they apply.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use it without the consent required by your local law.
11. Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above; material changes to data flows will be highlighted.
