1. Who handles payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoices, and refunds are issued through Paddle.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used the new period’s tokens, request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
3. Token packs
Unused token packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs may be refunded pro-rata for the unused tokens at our discretion.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights you have under consumer law in your country.
5. How to ask
Email pedrodom016000@gmail.com with your account email and Paddle receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Tokens from refunded purchases are removed from your balance. Refunds obtained by abuse (e.g. repeated buy-use-refund) may be refused.
